Sofia Common Ground 2028 transforms the National Palace of Culture and its surrounding park into an open meeting place for residents, civic organisations, institutions, artists, researchers, businesses and visitors.
The festival creates a neutral arena for difficult conversations, new collaborations and practical ideas for Sofia's future — with young people at the centre.
